Each entry lists the sanctioning instrument, the channel handle, the current flagged-item count, and links to the primary article on this site and the statutory text.

This watchlist is hand-curated and conservative: every entry cites a specific sanctioning instrument and names the observed channels. Entries are labelled operated (the entity or an affiliate runs the handle) or content presence (third-party channels carry the entity's material) — we never blur the two. Entities we hunted for and could not substantiate (Wagner Group, The Base, Terrorgram, Nordic Resistance Movement — only news coverage or name-collision false positives) are deliberately absent. The list is a floor, not a ceiling. The watchlist source is at /data/sanctions_watchlist.json.
