Filed to IWF and NCMEC CyberTipline on 2026-04-22. ### Pay-to-Rank: Odysee's Search Is For Sale (pay-to-rank) Odysee ranks search results by LBC "effective_amount" — a blend of viewer tips and creator self-stake. A "Christian" channel has 1,000,000 LBC staked on a single video titled "Where Have I Been??" to buy the top result. Fifteen more videos have 100,000+ LBC staked. Extremists dominate the benign-query results (top result for "vaccine" is DollarVigilante denial content; top result for "israel" is CosmicEvent antisemitic conspiracy). Undisclosed sponsored promotion per US FTC guidance and EU DSA Article 26. ### @ZionistReport: 146 Videos of Antisemitic Propaganda (zionist-report) The channel @ZionistReport hosts 146 live videos framed as "reporting" on the Jewish community. Top items: "White Australia Rising - Official Trailer" (50,000 LBC), "Real Trump Banned Documentary" (30,000 LBC), "Porn", "Teen Blowjob", "AGE-RESTRICTED SEXY FOREIGNER", "Ryan Faulk on Neurological Left" (white-nationalist podcast). No channel page, no uploader to contact, no account to suspend. ### Odysee's Holocaust Denial Network (holocaust-denial-network) French channel @leGrosMalin hosts a video titled "LA SOLUTION FINALE 2 - Faurisson - Reynouard - Hitler - Zündel - Göring - Seibold88" — three named authors have been criminally convicted under French, German, and Canadian law for exactly this content. Spanish @ReactiveFactoryProject hosts "Hitler y el holocausto judio". Neo-nazi music: @NordicSunBudapest ("American Aryan Girl", "Aryan Rebels - Spirit of 33"), @jackhwite ("Genetic Aryan Soul Immortal"), @GLRYB2GD ("Sonnenrad | White Power 1488"). @gregoryconte runs a weekly "Prussian Socialism" podcast series titling Nazi general Otto Ernst Remer a "Nazi Hero". @altmedia96 aggregates Nick Fuentes + Kanye "I love Hitler" + James Mason (Atomwaffen Siege author). ### The Medical Misinformation Machine (medical-misinformation) @DollarVigilante hosts 38 medical-misinformation videos totalling 97,730 LBC staked. No multilingual moderation. Direct DSA Article 16 exposure in France and Germany. ### 11.5 Million Views and Counting (eleven-million-views) 11.5M cumulative views on content flagged by the scanner. 100% still live. 0% removal rate. ### Self-Stake Fraud — 29 Channels Caught Tipping Themselves (self-stake-fraud) Published 2026-05-01. Statistical concentration analysis of 538 Odysee channels identified 29 channels with 95-100% of their entire tip volume parked on a single video — the textbook signature of creator self-staking to game search-rank, not organic audience tipping. Total LBC laundered through these self-tips: 1,432,018 LBC. Odysee's 5% platform fee on that flow: ~71,600 LBC. Top examples: @neohumaneve (495,310 LBC, 100% top-1, "One Lie to Rule Them All"); @RedPillPhilosophy (111,995 LBC, 98% top-1, "Why I'm Not Voting in 2024 (hint: the Woman Question)"); @AussieFighter (102,861 LBC, 97%); @Plazma (102,588 LBC, 98%); @thisworldworks (100,003 LBC, 100%, Michael Tellinger). Three channels in the top ten have literally zero LBC anywhere on the channel except their pinned video — fabricated tipping pattern. Mechanism: Odysee's native search ranks results by "effective amount" — LBC staked on the claim. The stake doesn't have to come from an audience; the creator can self-stake. The LBC is locked as collateral, not spent — so the creator pays effectively zero for permanent top placement. Money-laundering wrapper: a fee-bearing transaction loop with no KYC, no transparency reporting, no audit log, no rate-limit on self-tips. If you wanted to design a crypto-laundering rail you would design what Odysee has built. Verifiable: pull /data/stake_concentration.json and filter for likelySelfStake:true. ### The French Covid-Denial Network — Still Posting in 2026 (french-covid-denial-network) Published 2026-05-01. Five French-language Covid-denial channels active on Odysee five years after the pandemic, with fresh uploads dated 2026-04-30: @Vivresainement (114 flagged items, "Film Covid 26 raisons pour refuser les vaccins" 8,765 LBC, "La protéine Spike et les vaccins sont mortels", "Code de Nuremberg c'est l'heure de juger"); @LeLibrePenseur.org (107 items, daily-livestream archive being re-uploaded as new); @SilvanoTrotta (35 items, top item 15,042 LBC; banned from YouTube 2021); @WakeUp (29 items, four fresh items 2026-04-26 to 2026-04-30 including "BOMB in the EPSTEIN case", "USA First Criminal Prosecution against a senior COVID official"); @neonews_fr (21 items, consistent 777-LBC stakes — numerologically fixed amount suggests scripted self-staking). 300+ flagged French videos across 5 channels averaging months of activity. ARCOM has not acted. Coimisiún na Meán has DSA-jurisdiction and has not acted. This content likely violates France's Loi contre la manipulation de l'information and Article L.3611-1 of the Code de la santé publique. Under EU DSA Article 16, multilingual moderation is required across the languages of EU users. ### Self-Stake Update — 50 Channels Caught Up From 29 (self-stake-update-may) Published 2026-05-13. Re-ran the same analyser 12 days after the original self-stake-fraud article. Same threshold (≥70% top-1 share, ≥5,000 LBC total), same methodology, fresh scan: count went from 29 → 50 channels. Total LBC laundered tripled from 1.43M to 4.68M. Odysee's 5% platform fee on the fake-tip flow rose from ~71,600 LBC to ~233,900 LBC. Channel-velocity scanner flagged three channels created since late 2025 that already host 1,035 flagged videos between them: @freedomain (created 2026-03-13, 60 days old, 511 flagged videos, 57,454 LBC — Stefan Molyneux's reincarnation account, self-identified by titles "BANNED FROM YOUTUBE! I REGRET NOTHING!", "STEFAN MOLYNEUX: MY MANIFESTO!", "STEF UPDATE NOV 14 2021" — bulk re-upload of pre-2020 archive at ~8.5 videos/day); @themastersvoiceprophecyblog (150 days old, 491 flagged videos, religious-prophecy + anti-vaccine fusion); @AnalSex (46 days old, 33 videos with "teen" framings on a public platform — CSAM-adjacent vocabulary). Stefan Molyneux was banned from YouTube June 2020 for race-and-IQ pseudoscience. Five-and-a-half years later, he created a brand-new Odysee account and uploaded his archive at scale. There was no friction whatsoever. Mainstream platforms maintain re-banned-creator denylists and use voice fingerprinting + payment-method matching + IP heuristics + email-collision heuristics. Odysee has 4 employees and no Trust & Safety function — re-banning is impossible because there's no first ban to enforce against. If these three accounts were all created by the same person, Odysee would have no way to know. The minimum viable response would be (a) a denylist of named creators removed from peer platforms, (b) email + phone verification at channel creation, (c) flagging brand-new-account upload velocity.
